*Additional Subjects up to three will be an additional $30 per person, per pet, or background.   

Montage

Pet Drawings
Will be priced the same as the Individual Pencil Portraits and Additional Subjects.

Home Drawings

Drawings of your home will be the same price as the Individual Pencil Portraits however the background will be included at no additional charge.

Murals

If you are interested in hiring me to do mural work you can email me for a quote.  I would love to come do murals for churches, libraries, and businesses.

*Individual Subject: means the one focus of your portrait for example: house, pet, person.
*Additional Subject:  means an extra person, background, pet in addition to your "Individual Subject".  

*Prices do not include framing or matting.

Ordering

1. Methods of Payment
Visa, MasterCard via a Pay Pal Invoice

Ground shipping will be included in the price.  Expedited delivery will be an additional charge.

2. Placing an Order
Please email me, christinakjohnson@yahoo.com, if you are interested in having me do a pencil portrait for you.  In your email please include the following:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• What you would like to order and attach your *photo/photos, you would like me to draw, to the email.(*If you are unable to email your photo/photos please state so in your email and I can send you my address. ) Please, see "Additional Information" below for photo requirements.
• Comments and preferences regarding your desired portrait. (head & shoulders, full bust, montage
• Date you would like to have the art done.

There will be a $30.00 non-refundable deposit required for me to start your portrait.

3.  Confirmation of Your Order
Once I receive your email, I will then send you a confirmation email.  In that email I will confirm your information, method of payment, preferences of your portrait, any questions I may have, a scheduled start date of your portrait/ drawing and if I feel I am able to accomplish your request.

The schedule start date will be subject to the amount of work I have booked.  I will schedule all projects on a first come first served basis.  I want to do the best job I can for you and I will schedule the appropriate amount of time for each piece.  Each portrait will take two - three weeks.   If you want your order by Christmas please place your order at least 2 months in advance.

Once you give me the okay, I will email you a PayPal invoice so you can pay your deposit by credit card online through PayPal (no PayPal account needed).  When I receive payment, I will begin your portrait on our agreed start date.

4.  Receiving Your Order
I want to provide you with a quality piece of art.  Please, keep in mind that each piece is subject to artist interpretation.

When the final piece is finished I will email a digital copy for your review.  Once we have finalized your portrait, I will send you an invoice for final payment.  Once I receive your final payment, I will send the original by mail.  It will be shipped by ground delivery, USPS mail.

Additional Information

Photograph Requirements
The face needs to be at least two inches in diameter.  The bigger the picture the better!
The photograph needs to be good quality (not blurry, badly scratched, or damaged)
If I feel I cannot not do the portrait, I will let you know immediately before I email you an invoice.

I will do babies; but I feel that I am not emotionally able to do stillborns.  There are many other wonderful artists who are willing to offer this service.
